Dana Seitakhmetova was born on 22 August 1977 in Alma-Ata (Kazakhstan).

She graduated from the Journalism faculty of Moscow State University.

1993-1994 – reporter on TV channel KTK (Alma-Ata), 1994 – 1996 – special Correspondent on ITA-News (Ostankino, Moscow), 1997-1998 – Official Representative of KTK-Channel in Russia, 2002-2005 – Product Placement producer in advertising agency «Twin Product Placement», 2005-2008 – chief of Product Placement Department in corporation «A-Media», 2008-2010 – Director of sales department in Igor Tolstunov’ Film Production Company («PROFIT»), since February 2010 – Deputy director in Igor Tolstunov’ Film Production Company («PROFIT»).
