Synopsis

The plot of the film takes place in 1980, the day the Olympic Games were closing. Boris is an avant-garde artist. Having graduated from the Surikov college and worked in the Academy of Arts, he becomes «an antisocial element» who should be expelled from the capital during the Olympic Games. So, the two militiamen are searching streets for people while the soundtrack «I’ll get out on a long distant station» is playing. About a dozen of outcasts, drunks, hookers and dangerous "artists" get on the bus that leaves Moscow to the song «All life is ahead, just hope and wait». Boris manages to jump off the escorted bus and escape; he hides in a shed of a country lot.

A married couple, Nikolay and Anna, appears to own this shed. He is a retired general and now works as a director of the secret military factory in Moscow. She is a young country girl who respects her "big" husband. The day the Olympic Games were closing Nikolay went to the solemn event to the stadium “Luzhniki” in the call of duty. Anna stayed at home and soon enough met the “malicious runaway” in the shed.

Infatuated with each other, Anna and Boris have no choice….
